Van Brunt Stillhouse Bourbon Whiskey

Made from 65% organic corn from upstate New York farms, along with a good amount of wheat, this is a fairly dry bourbon with hints of nuts and maple syrup.

This is a terrific taste of the Brooklyn indie spirits movement. Our neighbors at Van Brunt Stillhouse make tiny batches of whiskey by hand. Because of their small size and large love of experimentation, they release different styles throughout the year.

Tasting Notes

Bold and full bodied with notes of chocolate, butterscotch, sweet cream and banana, finishing smooth with hints of spice pepper, maple, nuts and coffee.
