Paddy Old Irish Whiskey

Paddy Old Irish Whiskey is made from the finest malted and unmalted barley harvested from the East Cork countryside, together with water sourced from river Dungourney. After the grains have been milled and mashed, they are fermented before being thrice distilled through copper-pot stills (first through a wash still, then through a feint still and finally through a spirit still). Following distillation, the whiskey is matured for up to seven years in traditional oak casks.

Paddy Old Irish Whiskey has a fresh and oily aroma, with hints of floral grains. The aroma gives way to a medium body with notes of citrus, toffee, rose petals and vanilla on the palate, and leads to a finish with touches of black pepper, butterscotch and oak. Paddy Irish Whiskey was called "one of the softest of all Ireland's whiskeys"by Jim Murray, author of the Whisky Bible. 

Tasting Notes 

Oily aroma, with hints of floral grains. Medium body with notes of citrus, toffee, rose petals and vanilla on the palate. Finish with touches of black pepper, butterscotch and oak.
