Hudson New York Corn Whiskey

A blend of locally grown corn gives this unaged whiskey an aroma of buttered popcorn. The taste is slightly sweet and smooth, reminiscent of the plant itself. This approachable American corn whiskey is the foundation for our Baby Bourbon. The corn is an specifically for Tuthilltown Spirits at nearby Tantillo’s, Hasbrouck, other local farms.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:  Clear, water-white, colorless with thick legs 

Nose:  Clean, light, unpaged with layered delicacy of sweet corn, cereal, bison grass, white flowers, rock candy 

Palate:  Dry, soft alcohol, medium minus body, medium flavor intensity of the same flavors on the nose with the cereal more pronounced and less corn. 

Finish: Moderate complexity of lingering notes of sweet corn and cereal.
