Hochstadter's Vatted Straight Rye Whiskey

Inspired by America's rich rye heritage, Robert Cooper crafted Hochstadter’s Vatted Straight Rye Whiskey. Cooper is a third-generation distiller — his grandfather, Maurice, founded Cooper Brewery in the early 20th century and his father, Sky, worked at a distillery known as Charles Jacquin et Cie.

Hochstadter’s Vatted Straight Rye Whiskey is crafted by vatting (or “blending”) together hand-selected barrels of whiskey sourced from all across America. The whiskeys come from Pennsylvania — the birthplace of rye whiskey — as well as Kentucky and Indiana, and are each aged between four and eight years. Cooper’s masterful blending results in a smoother, more flavorful rye, which is bottled in the traditional fashion at 100 proof.
