Bender's Small Batch Rye Whiskey

Bender’s Rye Whiskey was crafted in honor of Treasure Island Distillery's first foray into Manhattan, and is blended from 51% eight-year-old rye and 49% seven-to-13-year-old corn whiskies sourced near Alberta, Canada. Some of the whiskies are aged for an additional 14 months in Missouri-sourced Joe Hoffmeister American oak barrels, while some of the 13-year-old corn whiskey is extra-matured in French Limousin oak.

Tasting Notes

Bender’s Rye has a slightly fruity aroma, including hints of vanilla and blackberry cobbler, which leads to a palate accented by notes of nutmeg, stone fruits and spiced cider. The finish is long and dry, with notes of raisins and buttered toast.
